Yoga for Beginners
Ever wanted to try yoga but don't want to just rock up to a class?
Join us at Mind Body Movement for a course that will teach you the basics of yoga (and will put you at ease knowing that everyone else in the room is in the same boat!).

Come learn the basics of Vinyasa Flow Yoga in a non-intimidating environment with a qualified, experienced and patient instructor. This course is designed for those with little to no yoga experience, so there's no pressure.
We know that just turning up to a new studio as well as being a beginner can be a little daunting. We feel that by starting your journey with a group who are all new to yoga, will take away the nerves and may help you become more motivated and inspired to continue on with a regular practice.
SPACES ARE LIMITED
Please bring a yoga mat if you have one (extras are available).
Kids Yoga Course
Gift your kids with the opportunity to develop physically and mentally through a practice that encourages self-esteem and body awareness. Yoga is a non-competitive, mind-body activity that can help kids learn tools to slow down, focus and move their bodies in a healthy way. During this 6-week course we will explore relaxation techniques and playful exercises using animal and nature elements to make the connection between the macrocosm of their environment and the microcosm of their bodies.
Yoga can enhance flexibility, strength, coordination, relaxation, and also cooperation and compassion towards themselves and others.
Ages 6 to 12. No previous experience required.
SPACES ARE LIMITED. Bring a yoga mat if you own one, otherwise mats are available.
We believe that your child will have the best experience if you are not present. Please, drop off and pick up your kids promptly.

Asana Lab: The Course

WELCOME TO THE LABORATORY...
This 75-minute workshop-style class will give you the chance to progress your practice.
Each session will include a warm-up and break down of a pose (or group of poses, e.g., arm balances), exploring variations and use of props.
Since some of the poses we'll cover in the lab are more challenging and require more development and instruction (e.g., arm balances, headstand, shoulderstand, forearm balance), this is your chance to ask questions and work on getting to the next level in your practice in a safe and sustainable way.
This is a great option for those that already have some yoga experience--not for complete beginners. Limited spaces are available to ensure maximum teacher-student time.
