WELCOME TO THE LABORATORY...
This is a once a month workshop at Mind Body Movement in Whakatane focusing on a particular pose (or group of poses).
This month we will experiment with SHOULDERSTAND (Sarvangasana).
This 90-minute class will give us the opportunity to do an appropriate warm-up and break down to an accessible level, exploring variations and possible use of props.
Since some of the poses we'll cover in the lab are more challenging and require more development and instruction (i.e., not the general poses we tend to do in an average class), this is your chance to ask questions and work on getting to the next level in your practice in a safe and sustainable way.
This is a great option for those that already have some yoga expereince--not for complete beginners.
