Let's Talk... Stress and Anxiety Workshop
With Samantha Barr
With the expectations, pressures and stresses of the modern world stress and anxiety is growing with increasing prevalence. They can cripple our ability to enjoy life and live in a place of inner wellbeing and peace. As we all deserve to live a thriving and full life, it is important that we are knowledgeable in this area and are equipped with skills and strategies to overcome stress and anxiety when it arises.
Samantha is a fully qualified Lightning Process Practitioner, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Therapist and a Certified Health and Life Coach. She conducts interactive seminars and trainings as well as working individually with clients across New Zealand.
Samantha's journey with neuroscience began after she attended The Lightning Process with her husband, who was suffering with chronic pain. Desperate for answers, and after several failed medical interventions they decided to explore this field and the relationship between the mind and the body. Samantha came away from the training blown away after learning about how the brain and body interact and the power we have to influence our own health and wellbeing. So inspired by the change her husband was able to make, as well as hearing countless other positive testimonies, she decided to pursue education in this area so she could empower people to take back control of their health.
Come and join Samantha in this workshop and let’s talk stress and anxiety!

Asana Lab: The Course
with Amy L. Green
WELCOME TO THE LABORATORY...
This 75-minute workshop-style class will give you the chance to progress your practice.
Each session will include a warm-up and break down of a pose (or group of poses, e.g., arm balances), exploring variations and use of props.
Since some of the poses we'll cover in the lab are more challenging and require more development and instruction (e.g., arm balances, headstand, shoulderstand, forearm balance), this is your chance to ask questions and work on getting to the next level in your practice in a safe and sustainable way.
This is a great option for those that already have some yoga experience--not for complete beginners. Limited spaces are available to ensure maximum teacher-student time.
If you want to take your practice to the next level, I invite you to join me in the lab.
