Suitable for (and adjusted to) each stage of your pregnancy - your private reformer session will be structured around your capabilities, specific to your needs and your pregnancy as your progress through each of the trimesters.
These sessions are perfect for expecting women wanting to maintain stability and core strength (including the ever important pelvic floor) throughout their pregnancy supported with one-on-one attention to your needs and goals.
