BACK ON TRACK PRIVATE APPOINTMENT
Your personal posture, balance and movement analysis
In this 2-hour appointment, we do a thorough assessment of your posture & movement patterns and set you up with a simple home programme to get you back on the path to OPTIMAL HEALTH.
- Postural Analysis
- Movement Pattern Tests (including breathing mechanics)
- Hypermobility Tests
The goal of this one-off appointment is to open up a new understanding of your biomechanics and "cheat patterns" in your body. Based on this analysis, your physical history (injuries/conditions etc.) and your health & fitness goals, Amy will create an easy-to-follow programme for you to work on at home to address the underlying issues that may be holding you back from where you want to be (or how you want to train!).
Please allow up to 2 hours for this appointment. Open to new clients and existing clients.
Please wear clothes that I will be able to assess your posture and movement in (shorts or yoga tights are great).
We all have muscular imbalances, skeletal variations and past injuries that affect us on some level... that's just the nature of LIFE. Bringing the body back into balance, becoming more aware of our postural habits and how to improve them make our private sessions invaluable for developing better movement patterns (and feeling better!) now, and in the years to come.
